My name is Tiffany Joseph. I was originally born in Trinidad but I have been living in the United States for the majority of my life. My passion for doing hair was manifested as a child from watching my aunt do hair as a professional hair stylist. As I looked on as she worked in her shop, I knew I wanted to be like her when I got older. I grew very interested in the art of hair. I noticed how her clients were so pleased and appreciative of the services they received. This made me realize how a new hairstyle can bring confidence to a person and boost their self esteem. There is no better feeling than being able to make someone happy by enhancing their beauty. Hopefully soon I will have an opportunity to assist you!Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
-A $15/$20 deposit is required at the time of booking. No deposit NO APPOINTMENT.
- You will have a 5 minute grace period. After 10 minutes there will be a $10 late fee. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS. If for any reason I’m running late, I will communicate and deduct my own late fee from your total. ( Fair is fair ) :)
- No call-no shows will be added to the Banned from booking list.
- If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, you will have up to 24hrs to cancel before you are charged a 10% cancellation fee. ( I understand emergencies happen, please just communicate :)
- When booking a service that requires you to select your hair length, please be truthful. If the correct length is not selected you will be charged the price for the correct length.
- Please be sure to wash your hair thoroughly before your service. If your hair is not cleaned you will be asked to reschedule and pay a new deposit. (Do not add any oils or products to your hair before the service.)
- If you decide to dye your locs/hair, please do it within at least 2 weeks before your appointment. You will be asked to reschedule if it isn’t done within that time frame.
- If you are sick (coughing, sneezing, runny nose, COVID, Flu, stomach problems etc.), please reschedule. If you are experiencing any symptoms during your appointment you will kindly be asked to leave and reschedule.
- If you want to change your style after booking your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hrs before your appointment.
-ALL same day and squeeze in appointments are $25 extra.
- If you contact me outside of business hours (9:00am-5:30pm) please know that I may or may not respond right away. However, I check my messages frequently and I will get back with you ASAP.
